  • Bylaws Change The following bylaw change was voted in at an emergency meeting at 19:00 hours on May 18, 2010.  The motion, by Dennis Godby (KF0TG), and seconded by Charles Winslow (KD0KCL) passed unanimously.Article III, Paragraph 5 Any person who passes their Technician class amateur radio test at a W0VFW testing session will be granted a free W0VFW trial membership to last at least a quarter year, not to exceed 6 months. At the end of the trial period, each member will be prorated to synch up with the regular club billing period. All members granted this membership must show up in person at the next available regular meeting to be voted in to the club to obtain their free ...
